Château Fonroque

Château Fonroque, acquired by Adèle and Jean Moueix (owners of Petrus) in 1931 and led by their great-grandson Alain Moueix since 2001, transitioned to biodynamics under his direction. Alain, an agricultural engineer and oenologist, focuses on soil sustainability and enhancing the terroir, producing a Saint-Émilion wine with international recognition. In July 2017, the Guillard family took over the property, continuing the commitment to biodynamics.
