Delivery

We ship merchandise according to the selected shipping method. The price indicated during the purchase process reflects the cost of standard home delivery. We offer free delivery for orders over CHF 99.

Once you have selected all the products in your cart, the final shipping price is calculated based on the total weight. The shipping cost directly depends on the weight of the items in your cart.

Shipments are handled by our two partners, La Poste and Planzer, from Switzerland. You do not have the option to choose the service provider. The shipping method depends on various factors such as weight, number of shipments, etc.

These companies are continually investing in reducing CO2 emissions. Packages are transported to major cities in Switzerland by rail.

Please ensure that you complete the delivery and billing address carefully. Our platform is directly connected via API to La Poste and Planzer.

Returns

We ask that you return items only after contacting customer service via the contact form. Once we receive your request, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you have received a product that does not match your order, please contact us. Please note that only products in intact and unopened packaging can be returned to us.

Packaging

We receive a considerable amount of cardboard boxes from our suppliers. Instead of recycling them immediately, we prefer to reuse them for our shipments, thus reducing our environmental impact. This also helps to lower shipping costs.
