QR-invoice (prepayment)

We accept payment by bank transfer. If you choose this payment method, we will only dispatch the products once we have received your payment. Please note that this payment method incurs almost no transaction costs. 🙏

How does it work?

We will send you an email with the details of your order, along with the QR code (included in the email and on the invoice).

Once you make the payment, our e-commerce system will automatically change the status of your order from “Awaiting payment” to “In progress” within 24-48 hours. Your order will then be dispatched to you. If it is a pre-order, we will place the order with our supplier, and delivery will take place at a later date.

We will cancel your order after a certain period if we do not receive payment.

TWINT

TWINT AG creates digital innovations in the financial sector. Since its founding in 2014, it has been developing Switzerland’s digital cash. In 2016, TWINT merged with Paymit. Today, Switzerland’s largest banks and SIX are united in their support of the TWINT app, the Swiss standard solution for mobile payments.

It allows you to check out quickly by scanning a QR code.

The transaction fees (1.3%) are covered by 7-bio.ch.😊

Payments by card

We recommend this payment method. Credit cards guarantee security and flexibility, especially when we need to issue a refund.

You have the option to register your payment cards. The information is stored with our Payment Service Provider, which has been certified by a PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) as having the highest level of PCI Service Provider Level 1 security.

We are also working with our PSP to offer you new payment solutions.

A participation fee of 2.9% + 0.3 CHF is charged on the order, plus VAT.
