Our new oil for cuisine in the ghee BIO planet combines the benefits of a vegetable oil healthy in good taste of butter. The ghee plays an essential role in the ayurvedic cuisine: it is the famous butter” clarified” rid itself of its milk proteins, of its water and lactose. We have created the oil for cooking in the ghee BIO planet in thinking of the consumers concerned about their diet who want to find the tender taste of butter when they cook in the oven or in the stove.
It lends itself ideally to the seizure of fresh vegetables or fish, but also to the cooking of omelettes, pancakes of vegetables or pasta dishes. With a point of smoke of at least 200°C, it tolerates the high temperatures. Its liquid consistency, to the difference of the butter or concentrated butter, allows in addition a precise dosing.
