An age-old drink born in Asia, Kombucha is a symbiotic culture of yeasts and bacteria fermented naturally in a sweet infusion made from green tea and plants from organic farming.
This culture, also called “mother of Kombucha”, feeds on the mineral salts and sugars present in the infusion to transform them into a large number of active constituents.
As the sugar is completely absorbed during fermentation, our Kombucha is a very thirst-quenching and refreshing drink.
As it is bottled unfiltered or pasteurized, our Kombucha remains alive and continues its slow fermentation in the bottle. This is what gives it its unique qualities.
It is brewed by hand, it does not undergo any chemical, physical or thermal treatment, and does not contain any coloring, flavoring or preservative.
It is slightly sparkling, it has a subtle amber color and a unique, delicately tangy taste.
Like all fermented drinks, there may be traces of naturally formed alcohol (< 2% vol.)
Ingredients: water, cane sugar*, green tea*, herbs (peppermint*, lemongrass*, sweet woodruff*, orange zest*, rosehip bark*, lemon myrtle*, artichoke leaves*, strawberry leaves* , mulberry* and raspberry*, yarrow*), culture of Kombucha.
