Le Seuil de Mazeyres is the second organic wine of Château Mazeyres.

Cultivation Method
Property certified organic since 2015 and biodynamic since 2018 – Member of Biodyvin.
Vinification
Manual harvesting in crates. Careful sorting of the grapes upon arrival at the vat house. Fermentation in thermo-regulated concrete or stainless steel vats, depending on the terroir, age of the vines, and grape varieties. Gentle and slow extractions, adapted to the potential of each vat.
Aging
50% in barrels and 50% in vats
