These whole anchovies prepared in the style of sardines come from responsible and coastal fishing in the North-East Atlantic. Hand-prepared in Douarnenez, Brittany, they are rich in omega-3. Anchovies and sardines are 2 related species that can be confused. Anchovies are more slender than sardines with a dark, almost black back, and the demarcation of this dark area is very clear.
